Hey - if you're looking for something in the Richmond area - I have a 105 year old brick Victorian (3 bedrooms, 1 bath - yes, we do offer indoor plumbing!). It even has a partial fieldstone Michigan style basement that you can't even stand up straight in 'cuz the ceiling is too low! So, you wouldn't have to worry about adding a bar to it, unless you like visiting your local chiropractor. Anyways, good luck in dealing with THE INSPECTOR!!!
